Kalua Pork – Slow-roasted Hawaiian pork served with mango jalapeño salad, taro chips, and rice.

Loco Moco – An 8 oz grilled beef burger topped with two eggs and peppercorn gravy, served over rice with mango jalapeño salad, nori furikake, and crispy onions.

Mochiko Chicken – Crispy Hawaiian-style chicken served with gochujang aioli, rice, and pickled onions.
