We ventured up Pemetic Mountain via the North Ridge trail this week!

This trail is a great bike to hike option for the summer months when the trailhead parking lot is closed. It’s a beautiful trail that treats hikers to views of Bubble and Jordan Ponds, as well as Eagle Lake!

Oops, Wednesday got away from us! Where are we this week? This trail overlooks one of Acadia’s beautiful ponds, leading to a summit with expansive views.

Did you guess correctly? Wander Wednesday took us to Giant Slide this week!

If you’re looking for a more rugged Acadia trail, Giant Slide might be it. You’ll need to navigate boulders, squeeze through tight spaces, and avoid many water hazards as you ascend toward one of many summits reachable by this trail!
