10 YEARS
As some of you already know, 2026 marks our 10th year in business. There is much to celebrate - making it 10 years in this city is a feat in of itself. There’s also so much to process as well - the last few years have been so challenging for us…for many reasons. It’s no secret that small businesses are up against some pretty hard realities right now, and we are very much feeling it. I think most importantly, we’ve always climbed an uphill battle being both vegan and gluten free, but gosh, I feel like our ice cream transcends both - most of our customers are neither, but for those of us alternative eaters who find a home of celebration at Frankie & Jo’s, we are necessary.
We’re a small company, despite how we present. Most are always surprised to learn how few (very talented) people we employee in our kitchen and that we only have two shop managers for our 4+ shops, and two people at the helm of this company. And I know all of here rise from bed every day so grateful and proud to be here, crafting ice cream, butter and so much more, from our hands to your heart.
We’ve got lots of really fun and delicious ice cream and such for you this summer, one of which will be dropping next Friday. It’s tart, it’s creamy, it’s made by the hands of our small but mighty kitchen, it’s better than ever, it’s good for your belly, there are toppings…any guesses?
