The macarons are made by Jean-Marie Auboine Chocolatier and doesn’t it all look amazing? You can get these fabulous goods at any of our locations in Seattle.

A two in one pastry right here! Our Almond Pain Au Chocolat is a beautiful blend of our almond croissant and our pain au chocolate croissant. If you want a soft sweet pastry, this is the one for you. Topped with almond slices and powder sugar, it pairs perfectly with a cup of coffee in the morning.

To reduce waste and promote sustainability, we fill our day-old pain au chocolat croissants with smooth almond cream and dip them in sugar water while sprinkling almond flakes on top. We then double bake them to get that crispy outer layer, and lastly dust the pastry with a nice layer of powder sugar.
The chocolate sticks are provided by Cacao Barry Official who make amazing chocolates.

You can find this fabulous pastry at all of our farmers markets as well!
