Congratulations to Onur for being named a StarChefs Rising Star.

It’s a beautiful thing to see his craft, dedication, and steady leadership recognized in such an important way. Onur shows up with integrity and intention every day, and this honor reflects that.

To mark the occasion, we’ll be serving our StarChefs Restaurant Week special between December 3–17 Niman Ranch pulled pork, slow-cooked and rooted in the fundamentals that guide Onur’s approach.

Shoutout to all the chefs honored this year — what a powerhouse group. We’re proud to stand alongside you.
