Behold our elusive light roast: LOCOFOCOS — this was the 2012 award winner and has been a hit ever since… for those who enjoy light roast that is. 😆 Are y’all light roast people still out there?

This is an evolving blend that matches the seasons and availability. It’s lighter roast than traditional espressos, but the Brazilian component is more nutty than floral. This gives the coffee the nuances of a darker roast while maintaining the origin character. This is important for espresso, but it also lends itself to other brew methods as drip coffee or other manual technique.

This version of Locofocos is creamy and floral on the light end with rich dark chocolate on the fuller end. Very drinkable and easy to work with for steady use or casual brewing with any method.

🌊 Coast to coast, our LAKESIDE blend is a crowd favorite. This is a lively medium roast with a creamy chocolate body and intense layers of brown sugar. In pourover brew methods, it finishes with a smooth tea-like mouthfeel. This is a surprisingly sweet coffee too, perfect for those days when you want a little more developed roast, maybe even a little cream with your cup... 🥰
