There is no such thing as great quality meat without a marble. 🥩

Why is marble on Wagyu meat so important?

The presence of marble has an extremely positive effect on the eating quality of beef, in terms of tenderness, juiciness/moisture and flavor. The fat makes the meat softer and easier to chew. This makes it flavourful and juicy when you chew it… 👄

At NikuNiku we import our Wagyu meat from Japan, where the cattle is raised in high-quality conditions. We can assure you of fresh and juicy meat with a lot of marble in it! 🥩
