Hello! To all of the people who made My first year such a success!!! Delicious Authorithai will be closed until April 1st. We gave it ago last winter and have decided to stick to the warmer months here in Seattle.

Can't wait to be back serving you delicious eats in the spring! Cooking it up and throwing down all of your favorites as well as, new additions I know you'll crave and love!

This weekend is going to be bananas!

Thursday- West Seattle at our Delridge location 11-2

Friday- Spinnaker Bay Brewery
5-9 pm

Saturday- Georgetown Carnival
12-10 pm

Come on out and have some delicious eats from yours truly!

Happy Saturday! The Authorithai will be featured at The Spinnaker Bay Brewery tonight. What better way to beat the cold than w a bowl of coconut butternut squash bisque?! Topped w sage oil and harissa ginger spiked coconut. For my curry lovers... It's all about the RED!
