🪨 BEFORE AND AFTER SCIENCE 🧬
perhaps this our last post about this b**r for some time but it’s an important one. A post of appreciation.
GABF Gold in West Coast IPA. What a time to be alive. The most competive category, stacked with a final table of the greatest IPA brewers to have ever existed. And somehow, BEFORE AND AFTER came out on top. And we are very thankful.
We are so thankful to everyone that comes to the café or searches out our b**r. The industry is packed with high quality and it can be hard to stand out. So, thank you for giving us a shot!
All the brewers who we’ve worked with and talked and helped us make b**r. We don’t make b**r in a vacuum (can yeast ferment in a vacuum?) and we live in an ever changing ever evolving world of taste and flavor. Huge shoutouts to our friends that we’ve had conversations with or have helped along the way.
And a very special thanks to Stoup Brewing and the whole team there. They are our partners and have allowed a little dream to flourish in Seattle.

Anyway sort of weird post but all this is to say. This industry is really lovely, we make something magic and we make it through collaboration and competition. And I think it just can be really great.
B**r is made for the folks who drink it. So thanks for doing that ♥️♥️♥️
