It’s time for the Seafair Indian Days Powwow this weekend at Daybreak Star Cultural Center! Find us there in a booth serving traditional dinner plate size Indian Tacos, frybread plus burgers too. Open to all (with pay what you can admission/donation) for amazing food, jewelry, music and dancing. Don’t miss it!

Creamy Coconut Whitefish Indian Taco: coconut ginger lime braised wild rockfish topped with a coconut mango slaw

Shrimp Gobernador Indian Taco : poblano chile tomato marinated shrimp topped with Roasted Corn and Poblano Salsa

Jerk Salmon Indian Taco: jerk seasoned wild salmon with a coconut mango coleslaw

Salmon burger: salmon patty with lemon dill tartar sauce, pickled onions and arugula. Choice of Brioche Bun or Frybread Buns
