Happy 13th anniversary to Taste of the Caribbean and Red Lounge.

On April 12, 2013 when we opened, we stood as Seattle’s only Jamaican spot. Since then, we’ve watched the scene grow into a thriving landscape of restaurants, food trucks, and promoters all dedicated to the same mission of elevating our culture here in the Pacific Northwest.

This journey would not be possible without the incredible partnership between Dwayne and me, and the unwavering dedication of our staff.

To our community and our patrons, THANK YOU for your ongoing support. Here’s to many more years of flavor, resilience, and celebration. Cheers 🥂
