BIG NEWS. 🏠 The Tiderun has found a home! After years of being a transient business, we are officially opening The Tiderun Studio at the convergence of the University/Laurelhurst/Bryant neighborhoods of Seattle right along the Burke Gilman Trail!

This space will be our headquarters, a classroom, a pop up restaurant, a venue, and so much more.

We’re going to kick off the opening Sunday November 22nd with a holiday market and open house. Mark your calendars and more info to come on that one.

Call to action: we need a few extra bucks to push us over this finish line. We’ve started a small Kickstarter campaign and will put every dollar into the finishing touches of our new home. Also - if you’re an artist, maker, and/or pop up chef looking for a new venue, please reach out to us. We have affordable rental rates and flexible schedules. Come play!

Last call for our epic trip to the Columbia Gorge, October 23-25! We have just 1 room left!
Join us on a three-day journey through our favorite Pacific Northwest w**e region. From dramatic vineyard landscapes to intimate tastings with pioneering natural w**emakers, this immersive tour explores the people, places, and practices shaping Southern Washington’s vibrant w**e culture. Along the way, enjoy thoughtfully prepared meals, breathtaking scenery, and the relaxed pace that defines life in the Gorge.
This is an all inclusive weekend that will start with a w**emaker dinner with the gorgeous w**es of The Color Collector. Day 2 will lead us to a tasting, tour and lunch with Poberaj W**es, and then an exploratory tasting at Soča W**e Shop, wrapping up the day with a vineyard tour and w**emaker dinner with our friends Julia & Scott growing w**e. We’ll end the weekend with a hike then tasting and lunch at Syncline W**ery
Plus our home base will be the super charming RubyJune Inn

SALON DEL RADICCHIO
October 19th, 5:30

We are so excited to be a part of this dinner celebrating Chicory Week in partnership with Local Roots Farm . Join us as The Rooftop at RailSpur in Pioneer Square to engage and enjoy radicchio, and the company of others, for a few precious hours. There will be rad art, beautiful displays, a radicchio-centric dinner, and many opportunities for bitter enjoyment, education, and camaraderie.

Worship your favorite chicory. Learn the lore of our wintry muse. Try the amaro, taste the bitter rainbow. The focus of this night will be a meal, with an emphasis on engaging with radicchio and with kindred bitter spirits in conversation. Food by radicchio legends and chefs Emily Crawford Dann of Corson Building , Russ Flint of RAIN SHADOW MEATS AND yours truly.

Well the fog proves it - we’re goin’ dark, people! I know, I know it’s too early to say “holiday” but we only have a few weekends in December to offer our services for your holiday parties, so believe it or not, now is the time to get on the calendar. We offer a gagillion options and every menu is different and tailored to what you want and why.

We are very stoked to welcome Nelly Hand of Drifters Fish all the way from Cordova Alaska for another cozy evening of wild salmon and good company celebrating her seasons catch. We will gather at Imperfetta, our favorite local w**e shop, where our friend and proprietor, Celia Barber, will curate the beverage pairings for each course. We’ll start the evening with snacks and beverages then sit down to a multi-course, family style meal cooked over a fire with wild Alaskan salmon and black cod as the main stars. Seats are limited! October means another stretch of dinners Heyday Farm House ! We have our sold out Dinner in the Dahlias and our Fire Food Dinner hosted in the heated cedar barn. We will be showcasing our favorite fire techniques to share with you. Saturday Oct 17th is sold out, but we have 11 tickets left on Sunday. We’d love to celebrate fall and fire with you.
