We got SLAMMED at for “Colleen’s Catch” pop-up yesterday and these are the only photos I took 🤣. Thank you to everyone who showed up and a massive thank you to Fair Isle Brewing for hosting us. We had a line for an hour and a half straight until we sold out of everything we had. I’m so proud of my husband for making great food for our community to enjoy and bond over.

Isaiah and I went on our own “Portland Pizza Tour” last weekend and had a pizza eating blast. We hit up 12 pizza places in 48 hours and either shared a slice, split a pie, or ordered a whole ass pizza each!

Come into the shop to find out what our favorites were, what unique toppings we had and why Isaiah got a patdown before entering a pizza shop 🤣.

The question remains…which city is next?!? 🙃

We have a vegan option on the menu every single day and y’all…I can’t even with this week’s slice. Potatoes and coconut curry, it’s a dream come true. I literally took a bite and slapped the table, kind of like how throws his glasses 🤣. My husband did it again 👏🏻.

We’re spending May highlighting AAPI month with some awesome toppings, come on in and have a slice.

We’re baaaaaack AND my husband is a total badass. His flight landed WAY late last night coming home from Italy, rather than closing today he stayed at the restaurant past midnight to prep for today’s opening and only slept for 3 hours. 😮‍💨

We’re a smidge tired today so here’s the assignment…
