At Stoup, our craftsmanship is a testament to our commitment to the art and science of beer. Add them to the growing Ballard Brewery District.
(1325)

We’re scientifically minded when it comes to brewing, so here’s a formula for you: take a beer geek, a scientist, and a foodie. Watch the mixture grow stronger as each year passes. That’s the formula we’ve been using -- combining our love for craft brewing, food trucks, and Seattle in one exciting location. Stoup is a Scottish word for a tankard, and we chose our name because we want to be that type of vessel for our community: something that’s full of beer and signals good times are ahead.

🏅🏅 We just won TWO Gold Medals in the Washington B**r Awards Fresh Hop Category‼️

🥇 Our Fresh Hop Fiend Simcoe IPA with hops from Leon Loza Jr. won Gold in Fresh Hop American Style Strong Pale Ales

🥇And our Fresh Hop Fiend Simcoe Italian Pilsner with hops from Perrault Farms Inc. won Gold in Other Fresh Hop B**rs

We are so stoked and incredibly proud of the crew, and we couldn’t have done it without the help of the farmers in Yakima who we got the hops from. Big congratulations to the other Fresh Hop Category Winners!

Our Cervecita Mexican L***r has a brand new look ‼️ 💃

You’ll start to notice our cans wearing this new orange label. But why change the recognizable and, dare we say, iconic design?

Maybe we wanted to save the classic design for a new b**r coming out soon… can you guess what it is? 🤫
