Samnzar Smoke Shack is a veteran-owned smoked seafood stand in Sebastopol, CA, crafting artisan small-batch applewood-smoked salmon since 1973. Each week we use a 48-hour brine and 13-spice cure, and smoke over seasoned applewood to bring out rich flavor and a clean finish. Find us at 9100 Bodega Hwy on Saturday–Sunday, 9am–4pm for takeout and curbside pickup (no delivery).
