We’re verrry excited about this one 🙌🤩

Inca Gesha is a high-elevation microlot from our partners at Rutas del Inca in Cajamarca, Peru. Naturally processed and lightly roasted, it offers a softer, more approachable expression of Gesha.

Floral, citrusy, and smooth, with a structure that keeps it easy to drink.

Now available online, in the café, and on pour over this week.

This year’s in San Diego was one for the books.

We’re leaving inspired by the passion this industry continues to bring to innovation, community, and sustainability. Grateful for the time spent with producers, importers, and friends who care deeply about getting it right.

Most of all, we’re excited to bring that energy home.

Thanks for the good times, coffee people. See you next year✌️

A couple of the hands behind the roast 🙌

Kendra (Lead Roaster) and Mel (Assistant Roaster) bring consistency, care, and a lot of pride to every batch that comes through the roastery.

March is a chance to recognize the women shaping coffee at every level, from origin to roastery to cup. We’re grateful to have these two here at FreeForm. ☕️✨

Sidra is one of the most exciting varieties in coffee right now. Believed to have roots in Ethiopian landraces, it’s known for combining floral aromatics with vibrant fruit and a clean, structured cup.

Manzanita, produced by Jorge Rojas in Colombia, showcases what makes Sidra so special.

We’re tasting notes of papaya, honeysuckle, and citrus peel. Sweet, aromatic, and lively in the cup.

Now available online, on our café shelves, and coming to the pour over bar this week.

Our newest single origin release, Manzanita, is a sweet and vibrant coffee from Colombian producer Jorge Rojas.

Rojas is a fourth-generation coffee grower who was raised on his family’s farm in the mountains of Tolima.

In 2016, Jorge was introduced to specialty coffee, and since then he has dedicated himself to producing exceptional coffees while experimenting with advanced processing techniques and unique varieties. His work has been recognized in competitions such as Cup of Excellence and other international events, and today his coffees are sought after by specialty roasters around the world.

Read more about Jorge’s story and this delightful washed Sidra on our website, or ask your barista about Manzanita on your next visit to the café.

Alex found FreeForm when we needed him most and over the last year and a half, he’s left a mark that won’t soon fade away. Always the calm in the storm, bringing smiles to faces on both sides of the bar, Alex has been the ultimate teammate - a guy who makes a crazy Sunday feel like a hang with friends.

Now he’s heading back home to Wisconsin to chase some new dreams, and while we’re sad to see him go, we’re excited to see what’s next.

Sadly, Saturday is his last shift. We hope you’ll swing by, grab a drink, and give him a proper sendoff.

Happy trails, Alex - thank you for everything. You know you’ve always got a home here, we’ll leave the light on for ya 🌅

Our final coffee of the year.
In a year filled with remarkable coffees, we saved something special for last. Suke Quto Anaerobic is a second microlot from Tesfaye Bekele’s Suke Quto farm in Guji, Ethiopia. Careful fermentation and thoughtful farming come together in a vibrant, expressive cup.

Bright, sweet notes of blueberry and pomegranate lead the way, lifted by delicate florals and grounded by a smooth dark chocolate finish. Roasted light to preserve clarity, sweetness, and balance.

Amid the pace of the holiday season, this is one worth slowing down for. And savoring.
