Our Wild West Braised Beef sandwich is slow-cooked until fork tender, then paired with crisp house-made coleslaw, tangy house pickles, and a rich mole sauce.

It’s hearty, a little unexpected, and packed with bold flavor that feels right at home in the high desert.🌵

If getting a little saucy is wrong, we don’t want to be right 😉

Fall-off-the-bone, sauced up, and served with cowboy beans, these are the kind of ribs that make you forget every “polite” way to eat dinner.
