To us that means using real ingredients and sourced locally whenever possible. Your body is a machine and it can/will recognize real food. Your car won't run if you put oil in the gas tank so how can our bodies be fueled by "foods" that are created in a laboratory? It doesn't matter if you are eating yogurt, chicken, spinach pie or a even a cookie. It should be Real Food! We offer many seasonal it

We also make many of the ingredients used in our products including extracts and sugars. Everything produced in D's kitchen is from scratch. That means if we have a treat with a graham cracker crust we made the graham crackers and made the crust. No Shortcuts ever! Part of our mission is getting Back to Basics. What does that mean? That means knowing your suppliers, knowing your customers and supporting your community. Whether they make our labels, design the website, feed the chickens that lay our eggs, or delivery our flour. We know them all! I hope you make the trip, not just for the goodies, but to be a part of our mission to Support Local and Know Your Food! Keeping it Sweet!

Guinea pigs come forth!!

I received this recipe after asking for some *new* coconut based treats and decided to give it a go.

These are coconut oatmeal cookies, and since the only grain/flour called for is oats, going GF was an easy decision.

These are also DF, so I made two batches and substituted flax in order to make them vegan as well as GF.
