A local graduate of this oh so lovely beautiful town of little Seguin, texas. as this town is growing, more opportunities are arising, and with faith, I stopped working my full-time job, to accept this direction with my healthy meal prep business. my personal experience with weight loss has always been a struggle.-always an emotional eater! too many times, I would catch myself heading to a drive-t

hru food place to order a healthy salad, and as soon as the worker came on the intercom to ask me, " how many I take your order?" the words would spill out (no control) "please let me have a 10 piece chicken nugget combo.." so, my love for meal prepping really narrowed down when some health concerns arose. I stayed away from restaurants as much as possible and started cooking more healthier meals. I become more active with workouts, and even changed my circle around me. little by little god had me focused on whom he needed me to be. Why Mustard Seed? The meal prep business was built on the foundation of God and faith. A mustard seed is about one to two millimeters in size. Yet, the brush can grow upwards of 20 to 30 feet tall and wide. Your faith is meant to grow and go! Just like a mustard seed! Our focus on the business was to make each meal with love and fulfill you with grace-fueled nutrition. Just like the mustard seed tree grows, we believe these meal preps will help you “grow” into a healthier version of yourself. Because of your little faith. For truly, I say to you, if you have faith like a grain of mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, "Move from here to there, and it will move, and nothing will be

We are with bitter-sweet news. Transformation is happening with the owner. A new direction, new progress, and new goals are leading her to where God needs her to be.

This season of my life has been a tremendous change for me. I promised myself a year in this business and here we are. As many business owners are aware there are many tears shed, sacrifices, new relationships we gain while in this business and much more. Family bonds become stronger because they were my #1 support group. My sister, Olivia, used her day off to help support me. I am forever grateful to you.

In the winter, I plan on going back to school to finish some sciences to pursue something I'd never thought I'd attempt. Even though I have my bachelor's degree, I have more in me to strive for.

Appreciate everyone that has tried MSMP, given us support, bragged about us, shared our posts, and tagged us. Forever you will have an imprint on my heart of these blessed memories. You all have touched me in many ways.

This Beef and Broccoli Recipe definitely satisfies the craving for takeout. Beef is delicious and protein-packed to give you the sustained strength you need to get through the back to school season. We also made sure to add plenty of broccoli for a balanced meal. 💪🏻⚖️

We all have our reasons for not staying on track. Mine is laziness 😬 If I don’t have my food ready for me during the week when I’m on the go, then honey child you will see me eating out. So it’s so important to recognize what the issue is, find a resolution and do it!! It sometimes will require me saying “no” to social gatherings to avoid temptations. Other times I will take my meal preps on the go and bust it out at a restaurant or gathering. Really have to have the right mindset and not care about what people think or say. At the end of the day it’s your body, your mental focus, your health and your goals-not theirs!!!!

🔸When do I have to put my order in by?
Friday 8pm. We need enough time to organize and ensure we have all ingredients to make your meals just right.

🔸Do I have to order weekly?
No. You can order however many quantities and whenever you want. No subscription and no contract. You’re the boss!

🔸How do I get my meals?
We delivery to your home FREE if you reside in 78155 zip code. If 78130, we have a pick up location at the NBPD. If you are delivery, all orders are delivered Sunday 6-9pm contactless delivery. We also have 2 pick up locations in Seguin. We love providing options. ❤️

🔸How much is in 1 meal?
Our protein are now 5oz, with sides being normally 1/2 cup sides. Meals are healthy portioned out for 1 individual. Just enough to make your tummy content.

🔸What if I don’t like a specific side?
Talk to us, we are more than happy to accommodate to your liking.

🔸Can you do customization meals if I weight train or on a particular diet?
