In a small town, it can be easy to do things the way they’ve always been done. But our vision has always been to bring something unique to Seminole—a place where guests feel genuinely welcomed, employees are encouraged to grow into leaders, and hospitality goes far beyond the meal on the table.

We believe our restaurant will only grow to the level that we grow ourselves and our team.

So took our General Manager to California to attend Rewiring Hospitality 2026 , learning from some of the best minds in the hospitality industry.

Gluten free bread is something we’ve been wanting to offer for a while now, but with the small bakery we have, it can be a little difficult to make everything completely in-house.

So instead of forcing it, we decided to partner with to bring in a Gluten Free Sandwich Bread that we feel good about serving to our guests.

For now, it will be available as an option for our sandwiches, and you’re also welcome to add it as your breakfast toast.

One thing we truly enjoy is supporting other small businesses whenever we can. There’s something special about working together to bring more options and care to our community table.
