Michelle Grasek, MSAOM, L.Ac., is the founder and clinic director of Seneca Falls Acupuncture. With 15 years of clinical experience, she specialized in cosmetic acupuncture, pain management, and digestive health. Living with Celiac disease herself, Michelle understands digestive concerns firsthand and has supported many patients with digestion, stress, and anxiety. She now focuses on leading her clinic and supporting her team’s patient care.

Tis the season 🌲🌿

Our December smoothie of the month is The Grinch!!! ❤️ This smoothie tastes so fresh and is packed with a tone of nutrients!

🍍Pineapple is great for gut health, boosts immunity and is a good source of antioxidants. The potassium and magnesium in mangoes 🥭 help relax blood vessels and can help lower blood pressure. They also contain digestive enzymes which help break down complex carbohydrates.
