Restocked our craft BBQ sauces after making them fresh this morning.

We're open this evening until 8pm, Saturday from Noon to 8pm, and Sunday from Noon to 4pm.

Pictured is our Big Kahuna Platter, which includes THREE meat options with fresh toppers, choice of TWO sides, choice of bagged chips, and choice of housemade craft BBQ sauces.

All for $20.

It's enough for two, a hungry one, or for hoarding and saving. :)

Plus we have our Mix 'n Match Combo for only $14 and our solo meals for $12. All made fresh and slow-smoked with heaps of love. :)

I spy something briskety.

Yes, I know I vowed to never again allow brisket to darken my door, but hear me out.

When I rage-quit brisket at 2am a few weeks ago, I had blamed the stubborn slab of meat that seemed to be loitering in our largest smoker.

Turns out, we had a calibration problem, so instead of rolling smoke at 250 degrees, it was barely hitting 200. I've since fixed the issue and I've decided to give our complicated relationship another try.

This Sunday, we'll be featuring our Brisket Relapse Platter, which will include TWO Signature Brisket Sliders (or have it over Pineapple Rice), choice of housemade side, choice of fresh toppers, choice of craft BBQ sauce, choice of bagged chips, AND choice of cold drink.

All for only $20.

We'll only have a limited amount as we gauge interest in brisket making a return, so pre-orders are highly recommended.

By popular demand, we're smoking more meats on the daily so people can buy our chilled options the following day.

They reheat amazingly well and the chicken is absolutely DA BOMB on salads if you want to keep it cold.

Today we're featuring our popular Island Carne Asada Meal Deal in addition to our full regular menu.

We start with locally-sourced skirt steak and marinate it in our blend of fresh-squeezed citrus, pressed garlic, spices, and fresh produce.

We then serve it over Pineapple Rice or load up a couple of street tacos...it's totally your call!

The flavors are sooo vibrant and while you're certainly welcome to add BBQ sauce, I promise you this...you won't need it.

For only $20 you'll get fresh-grilled Carne Asada on Pineapple Rice or Street Tacos, choice of toppers (pickled red onions, Carolina Apple Slaw, or our freshmade Pico de Gallo), choice of side, choice of bagged chips, and choice of cold drink!

This weekend, we're open today (Friday) from 4pm to 8pm, Saturday from Noon to 8pm, and Sunday from Noon to 4pm.

Each day we'll serve up our Carolina Pulled Pork, Tamed Caribbean Chicken, and Hang Ten Hawaiian Chicken, along with sides like our popular Calypso Baked Beans, Carolina Pit Beans, and GF Honey Cornbread.
