Kicking off Summer dinners with this wonderful group of all new guests!!

App: Puff pastry with caramelized onions, blue cheese, balsamic glaze and dijon tossed arugula
Salad: mixed greens with white balsamic citrus vinaigrette, strawberries, blackberries, candied pecans, bacon, shaved parmesan
Entrees: Filet topped with bacon compound butter and chimichurri
Halibut with a strawberry chipotle glaze and mango strawberry salsa
Both served with sweet corn risotto and asparagus
Dessert: Chocolate covered strawberry cheesecake
