***UPDATE***
THE BENCH HAS BEEN FOUND AND IS BEING RETURNED!🤗
It was apparantly taken by an older man with dementia, our local PD found the vehicle with it still in the trunk. No ill will intended and we have our bench back!😊
We are hoping the person who took our antique bench from out front of the restaurant will do the right thing and return it.
This is a very nice, sentimental antique bench that has been part of our restaurant for years. It was taken from our outdoor seating area recently. The Port has clear video footage of the vehicle involved.
If you took the bench thinking it was free, placed outside for anyone to take, or for any other reason — We would love to have it back with no questions asked. Please return it to the restaurant or let us know where we can pick it up.
We’d rather resolve this quietly and amicably than pursue it further. Your help in getting our bench back would be greatly appreciated by our whole team and many regular customers who will miss it.
