Our Gyro has Tim's fresh made Tzatziki, a lamb and beef combo shaved Gyro meat, tomatoes and onions on a warm pita 😋

💚 A huge thank you to all of you!! Yesterday we saw people running by in the rain 🤣 I know it's definitely not everyone's favorite thing to come out to a food truck in that weather. The locals and seasonal workers sure made our day 💚 A lot of people taking advantage of calling in their orders too, Yay!

Many ask "What's the favorite thing on the menu?"
The Gyro!! Always has since the beginning 😃
🥊 Yesterday was fun watching the Gyro and the Chicken Bacon Ranch duking it out all day, the Gyro was the winner by only 5 🤣
The rest of the sandwiches are new this year and take turns what's hot for the day. Yesterday the Kluckinberry was 1st then the Tundra and Dipnetter. Today the Gyro is way in the lead.

Heya! We hope you're having a great day 💚
❤️ New hours: 10- 7pm
With our full lunch menu. Chicken for our loved Chicken Bacon Ranch is in the oven now and will be BACK on the menu tomorrow 😋 Still serving English muffins and Bagels with cream cheese or jelly packets OR ham, bacon, sausage or Reindeer sausage with cheese all though the day.
Tim has loved cooking breakfast again and there has been quite a few breakfast regulars and we appreciate you all 💚 We keep hearing from people that we should be open for dinner too. We can't do all those hours, it's just the two of us.
A lot of people are asking why we don't have fries or Falafels??? Heres the scoop: Tim had made the decision to go back to work on the slope but didn't know when this would be. We needed to make the menu and equipment use how I could do it myself. Dealing with the cleaning and filtering process of the fryer is something I hadn't done or could do because of how hot and heavy it is without having the cool pump and all.
We changed over to electric then there has been a challenge to get all 4 of the food trucks enough power. We do have a small electric fryer waiting to use just for Falafels- sorry, no fries still.
We've been lucky Tim isn't scheduled to go back up to the slope till after the end of the season and we'll be closed up. I will be on my own and hopefully someone to work with next summer.
We appreciate everyone that has been around our 6 amazing years of service and all the new ones along the way! 💚

We'll be closed Sunday and Monday this week to run to Anchorage. FYI-We are thinking of shifting hours a bit to help with the dinner crowd and still doing breakfast in the morning. Stay tuned for updates.
