Our ingredients are fresh, and include housemade salsas, local halibut, reindeer, steak, chicken, shrimp, crab, salmon, falafel, and tofu. The past 2 seasons have been a very difficult time for our business. We are understaffed due to the covid-19 pandemic impacting international travel creating scarcity amongst our regular hiring pool of foreign employees. Being in a remote area of Alaska also has it's unique limitations 🐻 Rather than shut down we are choosing to serve our community as best as we can with the little staff we have 🙏 We humbly ask for your patience, compassion & understanding during this difficult time; and as always THANK YOU for supporting small business!
