09/23/2026

My son Adam and his wife are bringing a new food truck to our area. Coming Spring 2027! Give em a follow!

The Rustic Roost is happening! 🚚

For years, we’ve talked about what it would be like to have a food truck of our own. Now we actually get to do it, and we’re so excited to bring you along for the ride.

Adam puts his whole heart into the food he makes. I’ll be doing some baking, keeping the business side moving, and probably taste-testing everything 😂

We’ll share the menu, the progress, and all the fun and chaos between now and opening day. If you’re around Shady Spring, give us a follow and say hey!

Coming Spring 2027. Food worth gathering for. ❤️
