Benton's Cafe Benton's Cafe is a family owned and operated cafe that has been in Shawnee, Oklahoma for 67 years. We make mashed potatoes and fries from real spuds!

Benton's Cafe specializes in fresh, homemade food. Our mashed potatoes and French fries are made from real potatoes. We have a lunch special each day that consists of salad, a vegetable, mashed potatoes ad gravy, and meat. Hamburgers and other sandwiches are also available. And our pies are famous in this area!

Diane Hogue has passed away. A lot of people knew her for her many years in the banking industry but most knew her as one of the Benton girls. She loved people and a lot of people loved her. Can you please keep her family in your prayers. She leaves behind 2 sons Mike his wife Ellen and Charley along with 5 grand children that she loved.

The family is currently putting together a book of Benton's Cafe recipes. They are working on getting them down to a family of 4 serving size. That's been hard to do when your used to serving sizes of 30 or more. 🤣
Anyway I thought I would ask if anyone would have interest in them? It would cover Swiss Steak, meatloaf, chicken fried steak, etc..

If your still needing Bentons Pies for Thanksgiving I'd recommend calling Hardestys asap at 405-273-7295 to order. I believe they are already full for that Wednesday but still have openings Tuesday.

Coconut, chocolate, cherry cream, pecan, pumpkin, apple and apricot. Anything else be sure and ask.
