The Golden Hour Elixer!
I cannot wait to serve this at the full moon tea tasting today at .collective
Tickets still available all the way up to the event start.

Ingredients
4 oz Through The Looking Glass Turmeric Ginger tea (brewed double-strength and cooled)
2 oz Pineapple juice
1.5 oz Freshly squeezed orange juice
0.5 oz Fresh lime juice (essential for cutting through the heavy sweetness)
Ice

Instructions
1.Concentrate the Brew: Steep 2 teaspoons of your Turmeric Ginger tea in 5 ounces of boiling water for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove the tea leaves and let the liquid cool completely.
2.Shake it Up: Fill a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Pour in 4 ounces of the cooled tea concentrate, the pineapple juice, orange juice, and fresh lime juice.
3.Aerating and Chilling: Shake vigorously for about 15 to 20 seconds. Shaking pineapple juice creates a beautiful, silken froth at the top of the drink.
4.Strain and Serve: Strain the mixture into a rocks glass or a beautiful goblet filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel or a piece of candied ginger.
