Let me tell you how much I love our staff. Today, one of our regulars placed his normal Friday order. Even though we were extremely busy, the staff member that had taken the order noticed that the order had not been picked up, which is unusual for this customer. Another staff member, who is a family member, tried to call. No answer. She tried to reach other family, no response. She asked if she could go check on him, which we definitely wanted her to do. After she left, I looked over and saw 3 of our young ladies in a circle. I asked what they were doing? They were praying for our customer. Talk about a touching, and proud moment! We heard back from our staff member that checked on the customer, thankfully, he is alright. I couldn't be more proud of the care that our staff showed for this man. You all rock! You are the absolute best!

FAQ:

Q: Do you hire 14/15 year olds?

A: Yes, we do hire at 14/15 years of age, but by law, they can only work until 7 on school nights and 9 on non-school nights. So, due to this, we limit how many we hire to 3-5.

Q: What is starting pay?

A: Starting pay for new employees with little to no experience is minimum wage: $11 per hour for non-tipped employees and $5.50 per hour for tipped employees. Each new position learned grants you a .25 cent raise.

Starting Kitchen pay is $12 per hour. Each new position learned grants you a .25 cent raise.

Employees who don’t serve receive tips from to-go orders usually giving a $1-$2 per hour increase in wages.

We also do raises based on employee performance twice a year.
