This little beauty was served for an In Home Catering Event last week! This is a layered homemade strawberry shortcake with a made from scratch fresh strawberry compote topped with two layers of Mascarpone whipped cream!

We not only do buffet style with our catering but we also do plated meals as well! This customer allowed us to set all our plateware and napkins and serve them a 3 course meal this afternoon for their event of 90 people! Such a treat to also work with Ray venue!
