TONIGHTS DINNER 5pm - 9pm!! We are goin’ south!
Started at 4am to prepare for tonight’s southern meal. Luckily I was joined in the kitchen by Erren my Louisiana born and raised side kick. Erren has given their expertise on every piece of this menu.

Southern food is all about low and slow to ensure flavors develop and that every bite is tender. So everything started in the oven before the sun came up and the entire inn smells of garlic. I love it. This is so cool. Thank you Erren!

THIS! You will never see the Sherburne inn posting AI images of food. Why?! Because it’s a lie- it is FALSE advertisement. You should not be in the industry if your food doesn’t speak for itself 👋🏼 stop cutting yourself short, take the photo, set the right expectations for your guests!

A video chat with a restaurateur and a critic about the technology’s benefits and risks.

Our Hen House fried chicken sandwich is easily the sexiest sandwich in the county. Layered with scallion, romaine lettuce, pickled daikon, pickled red onion, kewpie mayo & chili crisp. This bad boy is worth the drive! Served Wednesday - Sunday🔥
