First time smoking since we closed the restaurant March 1st. He even had to buy knives 🫢.

This backyard has never smelled so good! Ribs for tonight and brisket for tomorrow ❤️🥰.

Tree Pros of Houston, LLC is in Florida working the Hurricane storm damage. We had to clear the road to get to our job for the day. Day one under our belt. Now we see what’s in store for tomorrow.

Nathan and I have been truly blessed to have had the honor of serving Sheridan and the surrounding communities for the last 17 months. Although we have completely exhausted ourselves, smoking those meats require some LONG days, we have loved the friendships we have garnered along the way. With that being said, we regret to inform you we have decided to close True Texan BBQ. March 1st will be our last day. Please, come by and see us and say goodbye! We love you all, and appreciate your solid support in our dream.

You can take the cowboy out of Texas but you can’t take Texas out of the cowboy 🤠.
