Our Shrek Summer Menu is officially here, and we have moved onto Shrek 2!

✨ Happily Ever After Potion
This undertow-inspired drink is a new take on an old-school drink. A mix of Fruity Cereal Milk syrup on the bottom, heavy cream on top, and espresso floated on top. The drink is meant to be drunk as one full shot and it’s served with a sidecar of fruity cereal to eat afterward!

🐴 I’m a Stallion, Baby
Piña Colada syrup, espresso, and milk topped with coconut shavings and pineapple. Sweet, creamy, and ready to sweep you off your hooves.

🌶️🥒 Fear Me If You Dare
Fresh cucumber-jalapeño syrup, espresso, tonic water, and squeezed lime create a refreshing kick that’s equal parts cool and a lil spicy. Basically what Puss in Boots would order.

🦸‍♀️I Need a Hero
A bright, refreshing Piña Colada Lemonade that’s perfect for surviving Texas summer heat.

I’m not usually the “let’s go grab coffee” person. Most mornings, it’s whatever’s quick and convenient. But I stopped into The White Rabbit in downtown Sherman the other day… and now I kind of get the hype.

Full transparency, I didn’t even know what to order. I’m not fluent in coffee language. The barista was super patient and walked me through a few options, asked what flavors I usually like, and helped me land on something I probably wouldn’t have picked on my own. It ended up being really good.

The space itself caught me off guard, too. It’s calm without being quiet in an awkward way. A mix of people meeting up, a few working on laptops, and others just hanging out. I later found out they offer coworking memberships, which actually makes a lot of sense for that setup.

It’s local, it’s well done, and it didn’t feel overcomplicated. Just good coffee and a good spot to land for a bit. Not my normal routine, but I’ll definitely be back.

The spring menu is HERE!!

We’re leaning into florals, citrus, and a little nostalgia.

From the Shaman Shakerato ( lavender syrup + plum bitters + salt? yes please) to the St Cecilia Spritz with fresh lime & basil… this menu is bright, playful, and just a little unexpected.

And if you don’t order the Orange you glad I didn’t say banana at least once, we simply cannot be friends. This drink features our fan favorite (banana syrup) with blood orange mocha cold foam.
