Our Story.
Ruby’s Cuisine was born in the heart of both Maycol & Denise Castaneda back in 2011. This couple where having brunch at a local restaurant in North Hollywood, California on Sherman Way Blvd. Denisse mention how she would like to have a restaurant one day because she remembered how her mom made it years ago and also remembered how she had helped her mom when she was a little girl back home in Honduras. they then moved out to state to Texas in 2014 where they reached their American dream (house).
Apparently it was just a wish/dream but never expected that in 2019 her and her husband would start promoting there seafood specialties (ceviche) thru Facebook and where surprised with the response. That was the sign she needed to know it was about time to launched a new adventure. Ruby’s Cuisine began there on June, 2019 and was named after the youngest of 5 kids named Ruby who also was born in June.
