Sooooo, yall remember our fabulous bartender extraordinaire Mauricio? And our sous chef and his brother, Alejandro? Wellll, they are opening a food truck in a few weeks and the menu looks to feature a few lounge-inspired appetizers so give them your input on what you’d love to enjoy again! A few pics to show y’all some progress…… Nothing but great things to say about Gavin, Craig and the crew from Apex thus far. Now that the shock is wearing off, it’s kind of exciting to walk through and noodle on the possibilities. Had a really positive meeting with the city before the holidays and knowing that they are firmly behind us is incredibly encouraging. Good things are coming, we just have to be patient - estimated reopening Summer 2024
