We understand that many restaurants across Long Beach Island have different reservation cancellation policies, and we would like to take a moment to clarify ours at Dune 18.
To make a reservation at Dune 18, regardless of party size, we require a credit card to be placed on file at the time of booking. This card is only used in the event of a no-show or a cancellation made within 24 hours of the reservation time.
While we completely understand that unexpected circumstances such as illness, emergencies, and other life events can arise, our cancellation fee remains applicable for reservations canceled within the 24-hour window, as well as for guests who do not arrive for their reservation.
As a courtesy to our guests, any cancellation or no-show fee that is charged will be converted into a dining credit for a future visit to Dune 18. The full amount charged will be applied toward your bill at the conclusion of your next dining experience with us.
Please note that this dining credit is non-transferable and cannot be issued as a physical gift card or redeemed for cash.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Honoring reservation commitments helps us better serve all of our guests and staff, especially during the busy summer season.
We wish all of our fellow Long Beach Island businesses a successful, prosperous, and enjoyable summer, and we look forward to welcoming both new and returning guests to Dune 18 all season long.
