Now hiring full-time (with benefits!) floating Barista. This is a unique position staged as an extra at the home base Carlisle/Dickinson cafes and reports to our various other cafes when staffing needs arise. Pay is $18/hr, not included in the tip pool when staged at the home base Carlisle/ Dickinson however, will be included in the tip pool when traveling for coverage at any other cafes. This position interacts with all of our retail team members and must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment with a variety of team members and scenarios. The ideal candidate should be up for adventure and have reliable transportation.
