A super Heart Felt Thank You to the entire team who helped put together last night's great success of the "Tour of France" Dinner here at the newly remodeled Accents Personal Chef Service location. Above all, I would like to personally thank EVERYONE who attended! You are the reason we in this industry do what we do!
Last night's menu in course order:
Amuse Bouche: Gougères à la raclette, Delicate pastry drizzled with a broiled raclette cheese.
Soup: le Tourin d'ail doux – A deliciously smooth garlic soup served with a crunchy toasted baguette. Creamy and rich in flavor but amazingly light.
Salad: Salade de chou rouge Red Cabbage, Salad with Champaign Vinaigrette
Appetizer: Coquis St Jacque - Succulent scallops resting on a mushroom bed, topped with a Gruyere cheese sauce and broiled to perfection.
Entrée: Pheasant Au Vin, Truffle Robuchon Potatoes, Ratatouille - Field pheasant slow braised in a cognac fortified wine and root vegetable, served over silky Robuchon potatoes and a beautiful rose display of ratatouille
Cheese Course: Brie de Meaux, Morbier, Amber cheese, Crostini's
Dessert: Cherry Clafoutis - The perfect finish to a delicious tour!
