Orleans Cuisine will be open today (Tuesday, July 7th) at Sidney Tractor Supply from 4pm to 8pm. The menu will be our lineup of Smashburgers (served with hand cut French Fries), Dirty Rice, Jambalaya, Shrimp Creole, Crawfish Etouffee, Beignets, Spiral Chips, rolled ice cream, boba drinks and dirty sodas. Please note the hand cut fries and rolled ice cream have longer wait times and it's highly recommended to order online at www dot orleanscuisine dot com or call/text orders to 406-774-4509. Potato chips are available as a faster substitute for the fries. Also, my last surgery is Thursday so I'll be closed through the weekend and reopen early next week.

Thanks to everyone who came out to eat with us yesterday at the Fairgrounds to celebrate America's 250th! I want to apologize for the excessive wait times for the first few hours we were open. Apparently our Kiosk did an update and the order limiting feature was turned off. We had over 50 tickets in less than a 20 minute time frame and it was absolute chaos! Thanks to everyone who was patient with us!! To the couple people who grew impatient and felt the need to approach me and be hateful and rude (you know who you are) hopefully you'll give us another shot in the future (not a literal shot I hope lol)!! There was NO need to hang around and continue to harass me and keep complaining after I instantly refunded your money...do better, we're all adults here!!
I also want to say it's been a pleasure serving food in the Sidney community and I appreciate all the support over the years. This season has been very difficult for me because I'm going through a series of minor surgeries and healing time is long and painful.....I haven't been able to work much at my usual spot. My last surgery is this week so I hope to start getting back out at Tractor Supply more regularly.
I want to throw this out there because it's really been bothering me lately. Food truck owners have one of the toughest jobs out there! Something ALWAYS goes wrong from equipment breaking, electronics and point of sales malfunction to staffing issues, it rarely goes smoothly for alot of us. I've been doing events in Sidney and surrounding areas for 5 years now with my food truck and recently I can't help but notice how many VERY rude and/or entitled people are at some of these events (sadly some kids too). I'm from the south and manners go a LONG way in life!! I run my food truck alone and do everything from cooking, cleaning, maintenance, etc ALONE. Occasionally I'll bring in one of my kids to help with drinks and taking orders. Some people expect their orders IMMEDIATELY at a very busy event even though they're last in line for ticket orders. I make everything fresh to order and do tickets in the order they were received. Sadly I'm starting to think alot of people at events are under the impression that a food truck is like a drive thru fast food chain where they throw frozen patties on the grill and it's done in 30 seconds.....instant gratification! I'm definitely NOT "fast food"! REAL food takes time to make, if you want FAST we have plenty of drive thrus in town! By NO MEANS am I referring to my customers when I set up at Tractor Supply, this is at events only this year and last year. So with ALL that being said (sorry for being so long winded) I'm considering taking a break from events starting next year. I'll focus on having more of a presence at Tractor Supply on a regular basis. Sorry if this post offends anyone but people need to understand food truck operators are HUMAN...we make mistakes and have feelings and we DO NOT appreciate being treated like s**t from our customers!

We sold out and had to close a little early on Tuesday, thanks for the support y'all! We won't be open at our regular spot at Sidney Tractor Supply until next week. However, we will be at the Fairgrounds on the 4th of July and will have discounted menu prices for the day! Feed y'all soon!

Orleans Cuisine will be open today (Tuesday, June 30th) at Sidney Tractor Supply from 3pm until 8pm (or sooner if we sell out). We will have our regular menu, ice cream, boba drinks and dirty sodas PLUS hand cut french fries are back (with Smashburger meals only)!! Thanks to everyone for having patience while I'm still recovering from surgery, I'm not 100 percent yet, but every day is a little better! We will also be at the Fairgrounds for the 4th of July celebration with special menu prices for that day!

Unfortunately we will not be open today but will try to open later this week.

Orleans Cuisine will be closed today (Monday, June 22nd), still healing up from surgery. I'm aiming at opening tomorrow (Tuesday, June 23rd) at Sidney Tractor Supply hours TBD. I'll be closed Wednesday and possibly reopen Thursday and Friday. Weather permitting I'll be at the Mondak Arts in The Park Saturday, June 27th. Feed y'all soon!

I want to apologize to my customers for not having consistent hours recently, my minor surgery recovery has not been going too swell and I'm going back for my second one this week. We will not be at our regular spot at Tractor Supply until possibly Sunday. However, I will be set up at the Sidney Shoppin' event in town this Friday the 19th.
