We truly appreciate your patience 💛🐓

We know it’s been extremely frustrating that our phone has been down since before January, and we want you to know this is not being ignored.

Unfortunately, our phone lines were damaged, which completely disconnected our service. Since then, we’ve been actively working to get everything restored and transitioned to fiber. Installation was scheduled for Monday, but it has been put on hold due to the provider being backed up.

Please know we are continuing to push for a resolution and will update you as soon as we have one. In the meantime, we’re happy to help in person!
