Known in China as Wosun, celtuce is a highly nutritious vegetable that is low in calories, high in fiber, and packed with vitamins and minerals. A staple of Asian diets for centuries, it is quickly gaining ground in the kitchens and cafes of America.
Our celtuce is perfectly cut and fused with red pepper strips to create the perfect summer dish that is light and nutritious. The dish is served marinated in a choice of three unique flavors; Master Chef Zheng’s own Red Chile Oil, a savory Asian sweet and sour sauce, or in a traditional garlic oil.
