We love our Horchata Cold Brew.

It’s been a summer favorite in Silverdale for years, so we figured it was time to share it with Olympia, too.

We make our horchata the traditional way in-house because, well, why not. Cinnamon, rice, a little patience, and cold brew come together into something creamy, smooth, and just right for a warm afternoon.

Weekends just got a little sweeter.

Starting this weekend, we’ll be featuring Swedish buns from Midsommar Bakery at Johnny Coffee in Olympia.

We’ve been fans of what the Midsommar team have been building for some time. They’ve earned a loyal following at the Proctor Farmers Market with beautiful pastries and seasonal flavors, and we’re excited to share them with our guests.

The assortment will change throughout the season, but if you ask us, it’s hard to beat the classic cardamom bun. Warm spice, delicate sweetness, and the kind of pastry that was made for a good cup of coffee.

Available weekends only, while they last.
