To Our Valued Guests,
If you’ve visited us recently, you’ve probably noticed our waterfall has gone quiet and our pond is at low levels.
Like so much of Connecticut, we’ve been affected by the ongoing drought. Combined with millions of gallons of water being withdrawn each week by the utility company just upstream from us, the flow feeding our pond and waterfall has been dramatically reduced. We’ve explored every option we can, but for now, this is unfortunately out of our hands.
While our waterfall may be taking a little vacation, our passion for taking care of you never will.
Whether the waterfall is flowing or not, the warm hospitality, fresh local food, and charmed experience you expect from us remain exactly the same.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for continuing to support us through it all. Your kindness and loyalty mean more than you know. Here’s hoping a little rain (and a possible resolution with the utility company) brings our waterfall back home soon. Thank you all, Tyler and Team Millwright’s
