Hi Friends,
Every once in a while, I get to bring in seafood that you don't see every day, and this is one of those weeks!
If you're someone who likes trying something new, you'll definitely want to check out our Black Tip Shark, Skate Wings, and Dover Sole. These aren't fish you'll typically find at your local grocery store, and I love having the opportunity to introduce customers to something a little different.
My personal recommendation this week is the Dover Sole. It's prized for its delicate, buttery flavor and has been a favorite in fine dining restaurants for years. If you've never tried it, this is the perfect opportunity.
Of course, we also have beautiful Dry Jumbo Sea Scallops, Fresh Haddock, our housemade Garlic Old Bay Shrimp Salad, and one of my favorite soups we've made in a while—Potato Leek & Lobster.
