🍝🥗 Perfect Pasta Salad 🥗🍝

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 (1 lb) box tri-colored pasta
• 2 cups chopped green peppers
• 2 cups diced tomatoes
• 1 1/2 cups chopped red onions
• 1/2 lb cubed provolone cheese (optional)
• 1/2 lb sliced pepperoni
• 1/2 cup sliced black olives
DRESSING:
• 3/4 cup Pompeian extra virgin olive oil
• 3/4 cup Pompeian red wine vinegar (this brand is excellent in this dish)
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 tbsp oregano
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
DIRECTIONS:
1. Prepare the Dressing: Mix together the dressing ingredients and set aside until the sugar is completely dissolved.
2. Cook the Pasta: Cook pasta according to box directions and rinse under cold water until cool.
3. Prepare the Ingredients: Slice the pepperoni circles in half and separate the slices.
4. Combine: Mix the pasta with the chopped green peppers, tomatoes, red onions, pepperoni, and black olives.
5. Dress the Salad: Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
6. Chill: Chill the salad well.
7. Final Touch: Add the provolone cheese before serving to prevent it from getting soggy.
Pro Tip: Adjust the amount of red wine vinegar or olive oil to achieve your preferred consistency. Some like it moist, others on the drier side.

🏄‍♂️🥩 Surf and Turf with Creamy Cajun Shrimp Sauce 🍤🌶️
Ingredients:
- 2 steaks (200g each)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Directions:
1. Season the steaks with salt, pepper, and a bit of Cajun seasoning.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook steaks to your desired doneness, approximately 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
4. Add the shrimp and the remaining Cajun seasoning. Cook until shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes.
5. Lower the heat, add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir and cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
6. Return the steaks to the skillet, spoon the sauce and shrimp over them, and heat through.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
