As the leader of our housekeeping team, Cindy helps ensure every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. Her dedication, hard work, and sense of humor make her an invaluable part of our hotel family.

"My team! They somehow survive my daily chaos and still choose to work with me!" 😂

🍜 Favorite restaurant:
HuHot! Building giant bowls of stir-fry is practically a survival skill when you're feeding a crowd.

🎉 Fun fact:
Cindy is a proud single mom of six boys! That means she's mastered the art of multitasking, negotiating, finding missing shoes, buying groceries that disappear before she even gets home, and somehow making six different dinners to keep everyone happy! Life is loud, busy, and full of adventure—and she wouldn't have it any other way.

"I love working in hotel sales because it's like Tetris. I love trying to fit it all together."

"Though this isn't one of my primary responsibilities anymore, I love working with brides—even the crazy ones! Watching the whole event come together perfectly is so satisfying."

"Plan early! Get your venue secured as far in advance as you are able, and stay in contact with your vendors!"
