BibiSol Chefs are cooking four courses for the District 15 Family Meal! Each one is inspired by a dish Kadyn Wittman, Erik Muckey, and June CopperStad grew up on. Mac and cheese. Farm casserole. Sukuma wiki & ugali. Finished with a dessert that brings it all together.

Our menu is here and we are beyond excited it has finally arrived!
This season is all about warm, complex, deep flavors that remind you to slow down and savor with loved ones.
Our Sopesitos feature our house ground nixtamal sopes hand pressed and pinched served with Salsa Macha black beans, and fresh toppings like crema, cotija, cilantro, and onion.
Chef Patricia brings back Pozole Rojo, a pork and hominy soup spiced with dried chili peppers and oregano. Mushroom Pozole lands this weekend for all our vegan friends!
26 ingredients make up our house made Poblano Mole poured over chicken filled nixtamal tortillas. Served with a side of rice.
Two new desserts this Fall!
Corn cheesecake made with a local sweet corn, lakota kettle popcorn, and a cinnamon cord curd.
Tamales de Calabaza are hand rolled local pumpkin tamales with candied pepitas and a warm maple syrup drizzle.
Come in for comfort and flavors rooted in tradidition and indigenous technique.
