ATÚN CEVICHE TOSTADA… raw yellowfin tuna chunks marinated in shoyu and citrus juices combined with mango, cucumber, onion, cilantro on a tostada with a bed of shredded cabbage… topped with creamy avocado and chipotle crema.

Time to start coming out of hibernation…with this beautiful Spring weather Coco Loco be open until 7 tonight (Friday) and tomorrow night (Saturday). Come in for some of our incredible grilled shrimp or fish items, Valentin’s famous carne asada, or our quesabirria tacos on special (pictured). Get some takeout or check out the yurt for a unique Sisters dining experience!

We start with a crispy tostada and smother it with cheese sauce, then top it with seasoned ground beef, shredded lettuce, sour cream and tomatoes, and wrap it all in a flour tortilla at which point it’s griddle to crisp perfection… available this weekend at Coco Loco while supplies last!

Customers can’t get enough of our taco special so we are rolling out a fresh batch! Tender beef braised in a rich, savory and lightly spiced bone broth—along with cheese, onion, and cilantro—is stuffed into a large corn tortilla that’s been dipped into said broth and the whole magical goodness is griddled to perfection.
