I have been in the Food and Beverage industry for over 15 years. I have experience from bar to catering, and a multitude of customer service awards. I was a Manager for RiverSpirit Casino where I was in charge of 3 bars and 3 restaurantsā¦ they were run at the top level and over achieved goals set.
I went to Nursing school/CST school where I graduated at the top of my class with a 3.82 average and practiced at St Francis hospital, covid pushed my love back to my true passion for guest service and people.
I Currently am at the University of Tulsa where I thrive and love my job and continue to excel, I have been the Director of a very high volume University for a short amount of time to only increase their volume in that department. I recently just took a promotion Iām very excited to have the opportunity to be apart of within the University.
I am starting this business to be push the mocktails business locally and within our community, I quit drinking alcohol for many reasons but I love a great cocktail without the alcohol.ā¦ Iām excited to share my love and talent along with innovation with two of my favorite products, mocktails and sweets.
